SEND Page

Olney Middle School is a member of the Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi Academy Trust, and every teacher is committed to offering all pupils access to a high quality education through a challenging, broad and balanced curriculum, which develops attitudes of mutual respect and responsibility.  All children are entitled to an education that enables them to make progress so that they:

  • achieve their best,
  • become confident individuals living fulfilling lives, and
  • make a successful transition into the next stages of education and onwards into adulthood.

We recognise that children may need additional help and support or may require specific interventions.

SEND Co-ordinator: Miss Laura Circuitt
Miss Circuitt has completed The National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination at The University of Northampton.

We are proud to be part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning trust and all the family of schools follow the IFtL one-page profile for our learners with SEND and our strategy. Please see the videos below for further information:

IFtL SEND one-page profile

IFtL SEND Strategy

This video introduces the SEND strategy document which builds upon the one-page profile. The SEND strategy document describes our trust-wide offer for SEND and what this looks like across our IFtL schools.
